Why not join one of our many teams of cleaners in Schools within the Dunfermline and West Fife area.We currently have several permanent vacancies in Schools covering as required on a backshift Monday to Friday only.

Primary Schools

Rosyth

• Kings Road Primary School – 1 post 10 hours per week, 40-week contract (as required between 3:30pm – 5:30pm)

Dunfermline

• Pitreavie Primary School – 1 post 20 hours per week, 40-week contract (as required between 3:00pm – 7:00pm)

High Schools

Dunfermline

• Dunfermline Learning Campus – 1 post x 20 hours per week, 40-week contract (Monday to Thursday 3:30pm – 7:30pm Friday 12:30pm – 4:30pm)

You will earn a competitive salary of £23,783.40 pro rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

• We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.67 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
• Pay is annualised for 40-week contracts(equal instalments every 4 week pay period)

• Travel expenses will be paid for mobile posts when travelling between schools– we pay 45 pence per mile for staff using their own car.

This work is about ensuring pupils and staff can return to a clean and safe environment every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate.
