Job summary

Elior is seeking reliable cleaners to join our team in Reading. You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas, offices and warehouses to a high standard, with flexible early shifts across seven days.

This role welcomes applicants with previous cleaning experience, but training is provided. You will dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise surfaces, manage waste and linen changes where needed, and work independently.

Qualifications

• Reliable cleaning experience is desirable but not required.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different sites.

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of communal areas, offices or warehouse per site requirement.
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising high-touch surfaces.
• Managing waste and linen changes where applicable.
• Working pattern includes early shifts and weekends; flexibility required.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report any issues.
