Job summary

Elior UK is seeking a reliable cleaning operative in Wethersfield (CM7 4AZ) for full-time, 5 days over 7, 8am–4pm. You’ll maintain a clean area according to schedules, follow COSHH and health & safety rules, and support smooth operation of equipment while safeguarding confidentiality.

You’ll work with a friendly team, adhere to Elior UK procedures, build strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and contribute to a professional image and high standards across the site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full area of responsibility is cleaned according to the schedule and standards.
• Adhere to COSHH and Health & Safety regulations and report incidents.
• Maintain smooth operation of relevant equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Handle all complaints professionally and per procedures.
• Maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times.

What you’ll be doing…

• To ensure full area of responsibility is cleaned (and cleared where contractually bound) in line with relevant cleaning schedule to Elior UK and client standards
• To ensure COSHH and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
• Responsible for the smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
• Ensure all complaint handling is dealt with professionally and in line with procedures
• To maintain client and Elior UK confidentiality and security at all times
