Job summary

The Salvation Army is hiring a Cleaner for Malton Church (Corps). The role focuses on keeping the building clean, neat and tidy, while maintaining a safe working environment.

You will be a keyholder and work with a strong sense of reliability and integrity, as lone working is required. Responsibilities include cleaning toilets, kitchens, offices, and entrances, plus weekly legionella checks and ensuring supplies are replenished.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of halls, offices, rooms, and entrance.
• Cleaning toilets, sinks and washing toilet floors.
• Cleaning kitchen areas.
• Weekly legionella checks as required.
• Ensuring that the external entrance is free from litter.
• Ensuring toilet supplies are replenished regularly and informing the Corps Officers of cleaning supplies needs in a timely manner
