Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a meticulous Cleaner to join our Leisure Centre team in Melksham. You will deliver a thorough cleaning service, uphold high hygiene standards and work closely with Duty Managers. The role includes stocking replenishment and reporting issues to maintain service delivery.

We have an opportunity for a meticulous cleaner to join our dynamic leisure center team.

Wiltshire Leisure services provide a range of universal and targeted physical activity, sport and leisure opportunities for the Wiltshire population.

As a Cleaner, you will be providing an efficient and effective cleaning service, ensuring top-notch hygiene standards. You will collaborate with Duty Managers, replenish stock, and report issues which prevent cleaning from taking place. Your adaptability might lead you to support other areas when needed. Other responsibilities may include supporting the team in other areas, such as reception, catering and children’s activities. The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 7:00pm – 10:00pm.
