Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a part-time cleaner in Markinch, Fife, for 10 hours per week at £12.71 per hour. Monday to Friday, two hours per day, with flexibility.

You will keep equipment and areas clean, follow health and safety requirements, and support customers with a professional attitude. Basic English communication is required; cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.

• Keep equipment and cleaning areas clean, well maintained and in safe working order; meet all agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, when tasks need to be carried out, and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises; follow health and safety requirements.
• Undertake any required training to perform the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and also use initiative; build positive and productive relationships with customers; deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
