Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is seeking a Cleaner in Motherwell to deliver high cleaning standards at the Maxim Building. This part-time role is 30 hours per week with a 2 pm–8 pm shift, Monday through Friday, in a site-based environment.

The role focuses on maintaining equipment, adhering to cleaning schedules, and contributing to a safe, well-presented workspace for staff and visitors. Customer service and teamwork are essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
