Job summary

The Manchester College Openshaw Campus is seeking a reliable Cleaner to join our facilities team on a permanent, part-time basis (15 hours per week, 06:00–09:00). Duties include general cleaning across classrooms, offices and communal areas to maintain high hygiene standards.

Experience is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided. The college values punctuality and teamwork, and offers a package including the Local Government Pension Scheme and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience.
• Hold or work towards British Institute of Cleaning Sciences (BICs) or similar.
• Manual Handling training.
• Risk assessment training.

Join our dedicated facilities team and help keep our college clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to carry out general cleaning duties across classrooms, offices, and communal areas. We have an exciting opportunity at our Openshaw Campus to join our Facilities Department as a Cleaner on a permanent, part-time (15 hours per week, 06:00 - 09:00) basis.
