Job summary

The Manchester College is recruiting a Cleaner for our Harpurhey campus to join the dedicated facilities team. You will clean across classrooms, offices and communal areas, maintaining high hygiene standards and helping create a welcoming environment for students and staff.

We offer full training; prior cleaning experience is helpful but not essential. This is a permanent, part-time role (15 hours per week, 06:00–09:00) at our Harpurhey campus in North Manchester.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Hold or work towards British Institute of Cleaning Sciences (BICs) or similar.
• Manual Handling training.
• Risk assessment training.
• COSHH training.

Join our dedicated facilities team and help keep our college clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff. We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner to carry out general cleaning duties across classrooms, offices, and communal areas. We have an exciting opportunity at our Harpurhey campus to join our Facilities Department as a Cleaner on a permanent, part-time (15 hours per week 06:00 - 09:00) basis.
