Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a part-time Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in the designated premises and operate cleaning equipment in line with SLAs and safety guidelines.

You will train on required procedures, work in a team, and build productive relationships with customers while delivering reliable service.

Job Title: Cleaner

Rate of Pay: £15.39 per hour

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 2

Location: DVSA, Portree Industrial Estate, Dunvengan Road, Portree, Isle of Skye, Highland, Scotland, IV51 9HF

In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
