Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a part-time Cleaner at Boots, Parc Fforestfach, Swansea, to ensure efficient cleaning and maintenance of facilities. The role requires teamwork, reliability and a proactive approach to customer service and safety.
The successful candidate will undertake training, follow safety procedures and deliver high standards while working 6 hours per week. Prior cleaning experience is welcome but not essential.

In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meeting all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role. You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. you'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
