We are seeking an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent routine and periodic cleaning services for a Mitie customer. The role requires ensuring the contract service delivery meets high standards and all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.
The candidate should aim to uphold the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to enhance this further. Building positive relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and continuously improving service quality are essential. All Mitie Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures must be followed.
You should be able to work independently when appropriate, be reliable, hardworking, and maintain a professional attitude. Ability to follow schedules, work as part of a team, and strive for continuous service improvements are important.
Experience in cleaning is preferred, but training will be provided. Knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie is required.
