This role is based in a retail environment, ensuring we maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store. As a Cleaning Operative, your responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all SLAs.
2. Building knowledge of the cleaning area, work schedules, equipment, and chemicals, while following Health and Safety guidelines.
3. Completing all necessary training for the role.
4. Working collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
5. Developing positive relationships with customers, providing excellent service, and seeking continuous improvement.
