Job summary

Bramley Health is hiring a Cleaner for Heron View, a 35-bed care home in London. The role involves keeping the environment clean, hygienic and safe for residents across three floors, with shifts from 8am-2pm or 9am-3pm.

You will ensure daily checks of public rooms, weekly room cleans, maintain records and stock checks. The role emphasizes personal health and safety and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

The Cleaner is an important part of our team, as you help provide a safe environment for our service users to live and thrive.

The hours for this role will be 6 hours per day (8am-2pm or 9am-3pm)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cleanliness is a vital pillar in the wellbeing of our service users and site. Without cleaners, some areas of this may fall short so this role is extremely important! The purpose of this role is to ensure our service is clean, hygienic, and therefore safe for everyone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all public rooms and bathrooms are checked/ cleaned daily
• Each residents room to be checked and cleaned at least once a week, or as directed
• Maintain cleaning records
• Complete weekly stock check of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring they are also fit for purpose

• Happy to work on your own and to your own initiative
• Able to work within the companies policies and procedures
• Be responsible for personal health and safety at work
