Bramley Health is seeking a Cleaner for Ballater care home in England. You will help maintain a clean, hygienic environment for residents and staff, contributing to safe daily living and wellbeing.

You will clean public areas and resident rooms, keep cleaning records, and manage stock of materials. The role requires initiative, reliability, and adherence to the company’s policies and health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Clean all public rooms and bathrooms daily.
• Inspect and clean each residents room weekly or as directed.
• Maintain cleaning records and documentation.
• Complete weekly stock checks of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring items are fit for purpose.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Cleanliness is a vital pillar in the wellbeing of our service users and site. Without cleaners, some areas of this may fall short so this role is extremely important! The purpose of this role is to ensure our service is clean, hygienic, and therefore safe for everyone

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure all public rooms and bathrooms are checked/ cleaned daily
• Each residents room to be checked and cleaned at least once a week, or as directed
• Maintain cleaning records
• Complete weekly stock check of cleaning materials and equipment, ensuring they are also fit for purpose

KEY SKILLS

• Happy to work on your own and to your own initiative
• Able to work within the companies policies and procedures
• Be responsible for personal health and safety at work
