Do you like to keep things clean and tidy? Do you want to join our team as a Cleaning staff? If yes, then this is the job for you!

This is a full-time job working Monday to Friday, ideally 8am-4pm but flexibility is available. The role is based at Gloucester – Waterwells Drive Police HQ.

Job Description

As a Cleaner, you will:

1. Clean all areas of the facility every day, according to the standards.
2. Use the cleaning equipment safely and properly and report any problems or faults.
3. Ensure the facilities including offices, interview rooms, toilets, and welfare areas are clean and healthy.
4. Manage supplies and order more when needed.
5. Report any damage or issues in the facility to your line manager promptly.
6. Follow the rules and procedures of Tascor and the police authority, especially regarding health and safety.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar cleaning role.
• Good communication and people skills, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Good attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Resided in the UK for at least 3 years (required for police vetting).
• A current clean driving license and access to a vehicle would be advantageous due to potential travel to other local sites.
