Job summary

Mecca invites applications for a Cleaner to keep our venues spotless, safe and welcoming for every guest. You will maintain high cleaning standards across front and back of house, support sessions and customer flow, and follow clear procedures to protect guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is helpful but training is provided.
• Must show attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work in a fast-paced venue with guests present.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high cleaning standards across front of house, back of house and restrooms to create a great first impression.
• Reset areas quickly, keep walkways clear and fit cleaning around sessions and customer flow.
• Follow health, safety, COSHH and hygiene procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and support where needed to keep operations running smoothly.

As a Cleaner, you’ll play a key role in making sure our venue looks great and feels comfortable for every guest. You’ll maintain high cleaning standards, work efficiently around the venue, and follow clear procedures to keep everyone safe.

Your Impact

• Venue presentation: maintain high cleaning standards across front of house, back of house and restrooms, ensuring a great first impression.
• Service support: reset areas quickly, keep walkways clear, and ensure cleaning tasks fit smoothly around sessions and customer flow.
• Safety & compliance: follow health & safety, COSHH and hygiene procedures; report hazards and incidents promptly.
