Job description

Location: Gifhorn House / JM Barrie House

Salary range: £22,932 FTE (£10,483 pro-rata) + competitive benefits package

Hours: 16 hours each week (0.46 FTE) worked Monday to Friday (days and times are negotiable)

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Later Living Service delivering a high-quality cleaning service within our Later Living Developments. You will be a key member of the team providing excellent customer service to our tenants as well as ensuring the communal areas of the building are kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

There are two roles available, one based within Gifhorn House and one based at JM Barrie House but you will be required other developments from time to time.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Have excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have basic understanding of IT (use of app, emails etc.)
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
