Job summary

Atlas Workplace Services in Gatwick seeks an experienced commercial/office cleaner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will work Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 12:00, totaling 30 hours weekly.

You will clean office surfaces, reception areas, kitchens, microwaves, refrigerators, toilets, and floors, while maintaining health and safety standards and following the Site Cleaning Manual. The role requires prior cleaning experience and ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely; some training

• Experience in a similar role and a proven record in this type of work.
• A basic knowledge use, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• A basic knowledge Material Safety Data Sheets

Responsibilities

• Dusting/cleaning of all office surfaces.
• Dusting/cleaning of all reception areas and meeting rooms.
• Cleaning of the office kitchen area and replenishment of consumables.
• Cleaning of the microwaves.
• Cleaning of the refrigerators.
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas.
• Cleaning of toilets, and replenish consumables.
• Mopping of all hard floor surfaces.
• Emptying bins.
• The washing of all crockery and utensils including the filling and emptying of the dishwasher.

About The Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced and reliable commercial/office cleaner to join our team in Gatwick for 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

• Working pattern – Monday to Friday
• Times –06:00 - 12:00
• Full time – 30 hours per week

As a cleaner for Atlas Workplace Services, you will ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards at all times and that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with the Site Cleaning Manual.

Your main duties will include but are not limited to:

• Dusting/cleaning of all office surfaces.
• Dusting/cleaning of all reception areas and meeting rooms.
• Cleaning of the office kitchen area and replenishment of consumables.
• Cleaning of the microwaves.
• Cleaning of the refrigerators.
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas.
• Cleaning of toilets, and replenish consumables.
• Mopping of all hard floor surfaces.
• Emptying bins.
• The washing of all crockery and utensils including the filling and emptying of the dishwasher.

You will also:

• Maintain Health and Safety standards at all times.
• Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained and stored correctly
• Deal with any customer requests promptly and courteously
