Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools (ESMS) is seeking part-time cleaners for a permanent role, working 30 hours per week. The position offers comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and a range of benefits including holidays and discounts.
Erskine Stewart’s Melville Schools (ESMS) are recruiting for several part-time cleaning positions to join our friendly and committed team on a permanent basis. The postholders will work across the Queensferry Road and Ravelston sites.
Our cleaning team consists of 42 operatives, many of whom have been with ESMS for over 15 years. Our teams are passionate, pioneering, and strive for excellence in all they do. We value the significant contributions our employees make to school life. We invest in their training and development and support their professional and personal growth.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 3.00 pm to 9.00 pm. Total of 30 hours per week.
Salary: £12.21 per hour.
Location: Work across the Queensferry Road and Ravelston sites.
Contract Type: Permanent, part-time.
Holidays: 25 days holiday plus 10 statutory days during Christmas and Easter when schools are closed. The holiday year runs from January to December.
