Shepherd Neame in Canterbury is seeking a Cleaner to keep our pubs sparkling and welcoming. You’ll maintain cleanliness across the pub, follow hygiene schedules and work both independently and as part of a team to uphold high standards.

Where You’ll Be Working

Built in 1826 to serve local mill workers, the Millers Arms provides some of the finest food and drink in the heart of the cathedral city of Canterbury, Kent. The riverside pub, within walking distance of the city’s top tourist attractions, boasts 12 stylish ensuite bedrooms and it is a great place to stay or relax with a drink or bite to eat.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain cleanliness across all areas of the pub, including bar, seating, and toilets.
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Handle cleaning products safely and responsibly.
• Work independently and as part of the team to keep the pub looking its best.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly.
