Job summary

Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School is seeking a part-time cleaning assistant for an after-school shift from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, five days a week. The role focuses on keeping classrooms and facilities tidy, safe, and well maintained to provide a proper learning environment for pupils.

Job description

This cleaning post sits within Bacup and Rawtenstall Grammar School, a grammar school and sixth form for pupils aged 11 to 18. The job is to keep the site tidy, secure and in good repair so pupils have a proper place to learn. It is a short daily shift, two hours each weekday afternoon from 3.30pm to 5.30pm, starting 23 November 2026. Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and pass an enhanced DBS check, as visa sponsorship is not available.
