Job summary

Rodericks Dental Partners Group is seeking a part-time Cleaner for Coventry Road Dental in Birmingham. The role focuses on maintaining the highest hygiene standards to support patient and staff wellbeing in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will follow cleaning schedules, use appropriate products, and assist with occasional additional tasks. The position offers extra holiday accrual and a personal day, within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene-focused role is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and professional in your approach.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn infection control and health & safety procedures.
• A proactive attitude and pride in the role you play.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clinical and non-clinical areas are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention protocols in line with health and safety guidance.
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or issues.
• Support the practice team with occasional additional tasks when needed.
• Create a welcoming, tidy, and hygienic environment for patients and team members.
