Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a qualified Dental Nurse for our Newbury practice. You will assist dentists, maintain instruments, uphold infection control, and support patients throughout their visits.

Qualifications

• Qualified and GDC-registered Dental Nurse.
• Confident, professional communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including procedures with blood.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment and materials.
• Uphold infection control and surgery cleanliness standards.
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout visits.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage admin tasks.
• Promote oral health advice and dental care products to patients.
• Contribute to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist dentists during a wide range of clinical procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and materials
• Uphold high standards of infection control and surgery cleanliness
• Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage administrative tasks
• Promote and advise patients on oral health and dental care products
• Play an important role in creating a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for patients and the team
