Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Coventry City Council for Refuse Collectors on a temporary basis, to support the roll-out and collection of food waste bins across the city. This is a physically demanding outdoor role working as part of a team to deliver an essential environmental service.

You will be responsible for collecting food waste bins from residential properties, ensuring collection routes are completed safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of service

Refuse Collector Coventry City Council | Temporary Assignment via Opus People Solutions Pay Rate: £13.48 per hour PAYE Location: Depot - Coventry, CV3. Workers required: 10. Immediate availability to work over the Christmas & New Year season. Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. 7am - 4.45pm, 30-minute paid lunch. Shift patterns will be discussed during interview. Successful candidates will be rota'd directly by Coventry City Council. PPE: PPE will be provided by Coventry City Council. You will need to supply your own safety boots.
