Nuffield Health Plymouth FWC is looking for a part-time Clean Team Member to join our gym environment. As a bank role, you are not contracted to a set number of hours but you’ll work flexibly to support peak times and assist the Team Leader.

You’ll clean a range of areas using the latest equipment, follow cleaning processes, and help keep the club clean, safe and welcoming for members and visitors. Prior experience is helpful but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Be well organised and able to plan tasks.
• Have friendly manners and good communication with customers.

Clean Team Member

Plymouth FWC | Cleaning | Bank | Part time

£12.84 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we'll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you're interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club

• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
