Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a part-time Clean Team Member for Plymouth (bank). You will join the Nuffield Clean Team to help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment in our gym, interacting with customers and colleagues. Training and modern cleaning equipment support your role.

You will be asked to organise your work with a Team Leader, ensure cleaning tasks follow procedures, and contribute to a high standard of customer service while supporting a healthy club atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and ability to stay well organised.
• Commitment to following cleaning processes to keep areas clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Ability to interact with colleagues and customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.

Clean Team Member Plymouth FWC | Cleaning | Bank | Part time £12.84 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:
