Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a friendly Clean Team Member to join our gym in London. This is an ad-hoc, zero-hours role where you will clean and prepare areas, assist with changing rooms, showers, and poolside spaces, and ensure safety and tidiness for members.

You will use scrubber dryers and carpet cleaners with training provided, work under a Team Leader, and enjoy a benefits package including holiday pay, a pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and good organisational skills.
• Friendly nature with strong communication abilities when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to follow cleaning processes to keep locations clean, safe and welcoming.

Responsibilities

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we'll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first‑class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you're interacting with colleagues and customers. As a Clean Team Member, you will:
