Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Clean Team Member for our Crawley club. This ad-hoc bank role involves cleaning to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff. Training will be provided and you will work under a Team Leader to coordinate tasks and hours.

Responsibilities include cleaning gym areas, changing rooms, showers and poolside spaces, using scrubber dryers and carpet cleaners, and ensuring high standards of hygiene and customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role; be well organised and ensure cleaning processes are followed to keep the location clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Strong communication and customer service to engage with gym members and colleagues.

Clean Team Member

Crawley FWC | Cleaning | Bank | Ad-hoc
£13.10 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we’ll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you’re interacting with colleagues and customers.

As a Clean Team Member, you will:
