Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a Clean Team Member to join our gym operations. You will clean and prepare areas across the club, interact with colleagues and customers, and take pride in a clean, safe environment. You will use scrubber dryers, rotary machines and carpet cleaners per our training.

We value a friendly, proactive attitude and good communication, and you will plan your work with a Team Leader to ensure cleanliness never disrupts the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Ability to follow cleaning processes and maintain high standards.
• Safety-conscious and able to handle cleaning equipment safely.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we'll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you're interacting with colleagues and customers. As a Clean Team Member, you will:

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners)
• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning
