Job summary

Nuffield Health is recruiting for Clean Team Members to help maintain a clean, safe and pleasant environment across our Fitness & Wellbeing Clubs. You’ll work with a Team Leader to plan your tasks and use the latest cleaning equipment, with full training provided.

As part of the Clean Team, you will clean gym areas, changing rooms, showers and poolside spaces, handle waste, and help ensure high standards of hygiene for customers. A friendly nature and good communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Friendly nature and good communication are essential.
• Organised and able to plan tasks with support from a supervisor.

• Experience in a similar role, you will be well organised and will ensure that cleaning processes are followed and that the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines & carpet cleaners).
• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, from gym, changing room, shower & poolside cleaning, waste removal & periodic deep cleaning, Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we'll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme.
