Job summary

Nuffield Health is seeking a dedicated cleaner to join our team at our fitness and wellbeing clubs. A female-only role is specified for this position to maintain privacy and comply with policy; the broader workplace rights remain unaffected.

You will work under a Team Leader to keep changing rooms, showers, poolside and surrounding areas clean, safe and welcoming for our customers. The role requires experience in a similar setting, reliability, and a friendly, communicative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role; you will be well organised and ensure cleaning processes are followed.
• Friendly nature and good communication skills handy when interacting with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to plan your work with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure cleanliness never affects customers' experience.

A major part of this role will involve cleaning the female changing rooms and so we require a female Cleaner only for this role. This in no way affects any other candidate rights. As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, we'll expect you to organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer's experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment, products and this will be supported by a first-class training programme. You have a friendly nature and good communication skills, which will come in handy when you're interacting with colleagues and customers. As a Clean Team Member, you will:
