RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for manufacturing in the Sterile Single-use Device (SSD) department at the CSI Falmouth facility. This includes the daily production activities for the EZ range of sterile, single-use denudation pipettes.

Job Summary:

This role maintains output in the SSD manufacturing department, ensuring manufacturing activities and projects are completed within target timelines.

This is an on-site role, with a four-day workweek, working hours from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

• Ensure all products are manufactured and packed according to documented practices to meet specifications.
• Be willing to learn skills necessary for all clean room production and packing tasks.
• Adapt to schedule changes and work activity adjustments as needed.
• Maintain the integrity of the clean room by adhering to quality procedures.
• Prioritize Health and Safety, reporting hazards, near misses, or accidents to the SSD Manufacturing Manager, Team Leader, and H&S Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in manufacturing, packing, or warehousing.
• Knowledge of clean room and sterile manufacturing practices preferred.
• Effective communication skills with team and management.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.
• Fluent in English, able to read production work instructions.
