Job Responsibilities

• Applying mould treatment and treating low-level damp issues.
• Removing defective decoration damage caused by mould.
• Assisting with the removal of household goods and personal effects at tenancy end.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in homes, ensuring safety compliance and readiness for trade operatives.
• Changing locks and fitting key safes to ensure home security.
• Clearing and tidying gardens and external spaces, including strimming, grass cutting, hedge trimming, rubble removal, pond filling, and soil levelling.
• Removing items from homes and disposing of them according to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintaining documentation and records for waste management in accordance with environmental policies.
• Respecting homes by maintaining health and safety standards and reporting concerns.
• Looking after and maintaining equipment in clean and working condition.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience in similar roles is preferred but not essential.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
