Job description

Position: Classroom Teacher

Contract: Fixed term contract for one year with the potential of becoming permanent

Required: September 2025

Salary: MPS1 - MPS6 (£31,650 - £43,607)

We are seeking to appoint an additional teacher to join our team. This exciting opportunity has arisen for committed teachers who have the ambition, dedication, and motivation to play a key role in the day-to-day running of our happy and successful school. As a school, we endeavour to make a real difference to the lives of the children within our care.

The successful candidate will:

1. Have proven themselves to be a consistently good or outstanding practitioner
2. Show a commitment to the overall vision, values, and ethos of the school
3. Have high expectations in all aspects of learning and behaviour with excellent behaviour management skills
4. Be creative, driven, and innovative in their approach to their work
5. Contribute to whole school improvement planning and development, including CPD
6. Have an excellent understanding of Assessment for Learning
7. Work as part of a team but able to work independently
8. Have experience in leading SEND and/or Maths and be passionate about these areas
9. Show warmth, care, and commitment to our learning community
