  1. Be confident leaders of curious and effective class teams.
  2. Support your team to work together creatively and solution-focused.
  3. Be an excellent role model, exemplifying high teaching standards and promoting high expectations for all team members.
  4. Respond to learners' priorities with highly individualized planning, creating new strategies and resources as needed.
  5. Ensure that Annual Review documentation and contributions significantly impact the young person's experience and achievements, fostering shared priorities with families.
  6. Listen to the voices around the learner, incorporating all insights into their curriculum and support strategies.
  7. Work with your team to raise standards through staff performance management.
  8. Assist in developing and delivering training to support teaching and learning.
  9. Collaborate with Curriculum Leaders on curriculum development, planning, recording, reporting, and assessment.
  10. Support the Senior Leadership Team in monitoring and evaluating the quality of education.
  11. Ensure effective communication and safeguarding with staff and families.
  12. Narrate the progress journey and identify areas for further development.
  13. Contribute to the effective organization and daily operation of the school.
  14. Undertake professional duties delegated by the headteacher as appropriate.
