Job summary

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to join a friendly primary school in Loughton for a September start. You will provide 1:1 support to a pupil with additional needs and help the student access learning.

The role focuses on supporting academic, social and emotional development and working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored strategies. A patient, proactive approach and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications
