• Curriculum and acceleration expertise: Proven ability to deliver explicit instruction and targeted small-group mathematics acceleration using evidence-based frameworks (such as the 6-step Rollins Acceleration Framework), along with strong foundational literacy and numeracy.


• Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to transition seamlessly between classroom release coverage and specialised mathematics acceleration blocks across different year levels, bringing a versatile \"reliever toolkit\" when required.


• Data-driven and diagnostic: Skilled in using immediate diagnostic skills assessments and continuous formative checks to notice, recognise, pin down misconceptions, and respond to student learning needs.
