Lift Kingsley is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to keep learning on track when a teacher is absent. You will lead lessons using prepared materials, support students and help create a calm, focused classroom where learners stay engaged.

The role involves guiding students, supporting diverse needs and contributing to a positive school culture. The position is based in Camden Town, with a supportive team and opportunities to grow within Lift Kingsley.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students in a classroom setting.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to different subjects and age groups.
• Patience, empathy and ability to build positive relationships with students.

Responsabilités

• Guide students through pre-prepared lesson materials and provide support.
• Create a positive, orderly learning environment.
• Support students with SEND to understand tasks and meet goals.
• Encourage good behaviour in line with policy.
• Provide feedback to teachers on student progress.
• Complete attendance registers and assist with supervision during breaks.
