Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician.
• Experience rebuilding engines and mechanical assemblies.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities.
• Electrical diagnostics experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance, and repairs to exacting standards.
• Rebuilding engines and major mechanical components.
• Performing suspension and brake overhauls.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults accurately as a Classic Car Technician.
• Using modern diagnostic equipment and manuals.
• Working efficiently on vintage and contemporary luxury vehicles.
• Completing detailed job cards and workshop paperwork.

Duties of a Classic Car Technician

Requirements of a Classic Car Technician
