You should have 5 years' car respraying experience, strong knowledge of body work and paint prep, and the ability to explain technical issues to clients. A full UK driving licence is essential to travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience of car respraying in a workshop.
• Understand body work and paint preparation.
• Excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical staff and customers.
• Hold a full valid driving licence with no excessive penalties.
• Passion for Classic and Performance vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Undertake all disciplines of re-spray work, including all prep work.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer enquiries and concerns.
• Manage enquires resulting in a sale for a paintwork project.
• Meet with clients, face to face or over the phone or via the internet.
