Overview

Classic Car Mechanic – Crewe – £21.50 per hour – Ongoing. One of our premium customers requires specialist support crafting some of the most individual Bentleys. As a specialist coach builder, you will be part of a team recreating automotives based on models from the 1930s. As specialist in the Automotive industry, we pride ourselves on the service we deliver to our customers across the UK. We are looking for Coachbuilders to work on low production high quality vehicles, who have extensive vehicle knowledge and experience of classic car restoration to coach build a period vehicle to the same specifications as in 1938. A unique opportunity to recreate a part of history with this prestigious vehicle company. Responsibilities
  • Building vehicles from the chassis up.
  • Building heritage and classic collection vehicles from the 1930s to the highest standards.
  • To work closely with existing team members and other contractors to deliver the project.
  • Adhering to expected client quality standards and safety guidelines.
Key Skills / Experience
  • Vast experience and strong understanding of the strip and build of cars.
  • To be able to use their own initiative to problem solve where required.
  • Previous experience working on premium products.
  • Use of hand, powered tools, and workshop machinery.
  • Master Technician level of experience needed for this position.
Pay and Details

Rate of pay is £21.50 per hour.

Family friendly hours

Overtime may be available - premium rates would apply

Ongoing contract paid limited company or via umbrella company - Outside of IR35
