The Heights Academy in Birmingham is seeking a Class Teacher to join our forward-looking provision for pupils with EHCPs (Autism). This full-time, permanent, term-time-only role offers progression on the MPS/UPS scale plus a SEN allowance.

You will work with Key Stage 2 and 3 learners in a brand-new setting, focusing on independent learning, collaborative teaching, and memorable lessons. Applicants must hold Qualified Teacher Status and demonstrate excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Clear, proactive communication with pupils, families and staff.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to support pupil progress.
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching methods and Autism strategies.
• Experience working with EHCPs and sensory needs is advantageous.
