Kempston Rural Primary School, nestled in the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a full-time position from January 2027, with shared planning responsibility across the year group.

We provide in-school, additional release time to help you further develop excellence in our already established non-core subjects. The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge and a commitment to continuous professional development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, are essential. Experience in a similar role, preferably in a primary school setting, is highly desirable. We are also looking for candidates with a passion for primary education, a desire to make a positive impact on children's lives, creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery, excellent behaviour management skills and experience in monitoring progress and planning effective support and interventions.
