St Edmundsbury C of E Primary Academy, in Bury St Edmunds, is seeking a committed teacher to join our team from 1 January 2027. This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead curriculum subjects depending on your strengths and the needs of the school.

Experience of teaching KS1 and KS2 is desirable, and you will join a welcoming community that supports staff development through high-quality CPD within Elveden Schools Trust.

St Edmundsbury C of E Primary Academy is part of Elveden Schools Trust and the only Church of England Primary in Bury St Edmunds. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. We are seeking a committed teacher, with a passion for a child-centred curriculum, to continue this approach and develop our provision further.

We are seeking to appoint a full-time, class teacher from 1st January 2027. There will also be the opportunity to lead curriculum subjects and this will depend on the successful candidates’ particular areas of expertise, as well as the needs of the school. Experience of teaching KS1 and 2 is desirable, as is a good knowledge of the curriculum.
