The Crescent Primary School in Croydon is seeking a full-time class teacher to start in January 2027. The school welcomes ECTs as well as experienced teachers and offers extensive induction, mentoring, and a strong training programme using ECF materials.

We are a 2-3 form entry school within The Pioneer Academy Trust, providing collaborative support, opportunities for middle leadership development, and a range of CPD offerings to staff.

Formación

• We welcome applications from ECTs, as well as from experienced teachers.
• For ECTs, strong mentor support with weekly release time and induction using ECF materials.
• For experienced teachers, subject specific training, NPQs and professional coaching.
