Job summary

St Oswald’s CofE Academy in Rugby is seeking an experienced Year 6 teacher on a 0.4 FTE contract. The school, rated Good by Ofsted, values a caring team and strong pupil behaviour, with a view to potential extension to 0.5 FTE if preferred.

The successful candidate will deliver engaging Year 6 lessons, prepare pupils for SATs, and contribute to a collaborative, supportive school environment that prioritises development and high standards.

What we would like:

• Enthusiasm, patience, passion & to work in Year 6 (job share - 0.4, however, will consider 0.5 if preferred)
• Preferably, experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs tests
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results
• A teacher who works hard, wants to develop further and has high expectations of our wonderful children
