Job summary

St Oswald’s CofE Academy in Rugby is seeking an experienced Year 6 teacher (0.4–0.5) to join their dedicated team. The post is a permanent full-time contractual arrangement with a 0.4 position available.

The successful candidate will have QTS, experience with Year 6 and SATs preparation, and a commitment to high-quality teaching within Ofsted-rated schools. Extra development opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

What We Would Like

Enthusiasm, patience, passion & to work in Year 6 (job share – 0.4, however, will consider 0.5 if preferred)
Preferably, experience in teaching Year 6 students and preparing them for SATs tests
A proven track record of delivering high-quality lessons and achieving excellent academic results
A teacher who works hard, wants to develop further and has high expectations of our wonderful children
