Cedars Park Primary School is part of The Oxlip Learning Partnership and is based in mid-Suffolk. All schools within the trust are located in an area of regeneration and rapid expansion. The trust is fully committed to deliver ambition, aspiration and excellence for all young people and the advertised post presents an exceptional opportunity to become part of a thriving organisation. The trust presently comprises of 8 schools, with three SEND centres for support with cognition and learning.

We are looking for a skilful and enthusiastic teacher to join our dedicated staff team in September 2025.

You will need to:

be a skilful teacher, committed to the highest of expectations for all children
understand what makes effective learning

be a committed team member, show initiative and proactively work to improve their practice
promote the principles of inclusion by enabling every child to overcome barriers to learning in order to achieve
have very high expectations of behaviour and be committed to establishing positive relationships with every child.
