About us

Bramhope is an exceptional school with a reputation for providing an all-round education. This is an exciting time to join our school. We currently have 368 children on roll and operate single age classes in reception and KS1. KS2 operates with mixed ages, although this will change as our school expands. From September 2024, the school will expand to a two-form entry with approximately 430 pupils, with two single-age classes in each year group. We are seeking to appoint, for September 2025, an enthusiastic, committed, and highly motivated Primary teacher. This is a full-time, permanent position, but flexible and reduced hours will be considered.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status and a successful teaching record.
• Knowledge and understanding of current theories and best practices in learning and teaching.
• A clear understanding of effective procedures for managing and promoting positive behaviour among children.
• The ability to create a happy, challenging, and effective learning environment.
